Shipping Policy for GOSHOPPINGIN:

We offer worldwide shipping for a flat rate of $6-12 per order based on the location. All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, and a tracking number will be provided for your convenience. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.

We take great care in packaging all orders to ensure that they arrive to you in perfect condition. However, if you do receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

7 Day Action Policy – Contact us within 7 days of receiving the order

At GOSHOPPINGIN, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order due to product fabric quality/damage, print quality/damage, size issue, or any other reason, we are here to assist you. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will provide a solution.

Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at Contact us page and provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product on a flat, well-lit surface. Our team will review the photos and provide a solution as soon as possible. Please note that this return policy is subject to change and if you have any other concerns, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you.

Note: Additionally, we require that you submit a full, unedited video of the package opening to validate the claim then only we would consider returns of the item. This will help us to provide a speedy resolution and ensure that the claim is valid.

Cancellations

At GOSHOPPINGIN, we understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your order. To do so, please visit our Contact Us page and send an email with your account email and order details such as the order ID as soon as possible. It's important to note that once your order has entered production, it cannot be canceled.

Note: Once your order has gone to production, it can’t be canceled mid-way. Until your order has been sent to production you can cancel your order.

After you’ve received your orderFor any issues or concerns with your order, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction. That's why we offer a 7-day action policy. Please note that for safety, hygiene, and other reasons, face masks, tank tops, and stickers cannot be returned. However, if these items are defective in any way, please contact us and we will handle it on a case by case basis.

  • Customers can cancel their orders as long as they have not entered production.

  • For any issues or concerns with the order, there is a 7-day action policy in which customers can contact GOSHOPPINGIN through the Contact Us page and provide a clear description of the issue and any relevant photos or videos of the products.

  • Face masks, tank tops, and stickers cannot be returned for safety, hygiene, and other reasons. However, if these items are defective, GOSHOPPINGIN will handle it on a case by case basis.

  • If the cancellation request is approved, GOSHOPPINGIN will process a full or partial refund as per the resolution.

Refunds

When you buy something from GOSHOPPINGIN, and you're not happy with it, you can ask for your money back. This is called a refund.

 

Once the resolution is done and we will refund the order value partially or completely, we’ll process the refund. Based on your payment method, the refund time duration may vary. We do not have control over banking processes and in edge cases, these things may fail or get delayed. We’ll do our best to ensure that your refund is deposited back into your bank account within a reasonable time duration.

  • Credit/Debit Card: If you made your payment using a credit or debit card, the refunds will show back up in your bank account within five to seven business days.

​

  • UPI: If you made your payment using any UPI application, the refund will show up in your bank account within one to two business days.

​

  • Digital Wallets: If you made your payment using any digital wallet like Paypal, the refund will show up in your Paypal account within one to two business days.

​

  • Net Banking: If you made your payment using a credit or debit card, the refunds will show back up in your bank account within five to seven business days.

Missing Information

Missing information refers to when a customer does not provide all of the necessary information required to complete an order, such as a correct shipping address or phone number. This can cause delays or complications in the delivery process. If a customer mistakenly enters the wrong delivery information, the package may be sent to the incorrect address or be returned to the sender, resulting in additional time and shipping fees to correct the mistake. It's important to double-check the information before placing an order to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

NOTE: If you provided someone else address on your order page, we will still deliver the item to that address. However, we are not responsible for the wrong delivery if the address provided was incorrect. It's important to double check your delivery information before submitting your order to avoid any mistakes.

Wrong Address:

​

If the Seller or Seller’s end customer provides an address that is considered insufficient by the courier or is a wrong address, the product will be returned to our facility. Seller will need to pay for the re-shipment cost once we have confirmed an updated address with Seller/Buyer (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed / Order not received:

​

Shipments that go unclaimed (the buyer isn’t able to receive it at the time of delivery) are returned to our facility. GOSHOPPINGIN cannot refund products that are produced and shipped. You can opt for re-shipment by writing to us at Contact us page and we’ll charge you the applicable delivery charges.
