Frequently asked questions
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 week after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 1 week after the estimated delivery date.
Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Full video of the package opening without any Edits or cuts must be submitted then only we would consider returns of the item,
Unclaimed package by the customer
We hold the packages at the courier office for 2 Days if the package is unclaimed by the customer at the time of delivery.
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you

Normal delivery takes 9-16 Days after fulfilment from our side.
special delivery takes 4-6 Days After fulfilment
