Frequently asked questions
Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 1 week of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 1 week after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. IMPORTANT: A full video of the package opening, without edits or cuts, must be submitted for us to consider the return.
